Location great. Hotel needs renovation.

Breakfast was good. Location was great overlooking the lake.

Bungalows are old and run down. Water pressure was low and the pipes were clogged. Needed curtains in kitchenette.

We had a nice relaxing weekend at Hotel Los Angeles. I'd go back.

The staff at Hotel Los Angeles were friendly and responded very quickly to our request for maintenance (a window wouldn't shut), extra towels, and a taxi. Our spacious room had A/C, which worked very well, and the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. We really enjoyed going down to the open air restaurant, which overlooks the lake and a nice grassy area with plenty of chaise lounges and tables with umbrellas. It was fun to watch the young kids swing on the rope swing into the lake. The included breakfast is ordered off a menu--loved the huevos a la mexicana.

The road is pretty rough getting to the hotel, but maybe all the roads around the lake are like that. The bedspread was really old with holes in the backing. Neighboring guests were pretty loud outside our room at night. Staff could be a little more forthcoming about the activities the hotel offers--they didn't tell us anything about the boat, the kayaks, the jetski, or other nearby offerings. But like I said in the title, I'd go back.

Es un hotel recomendable

El trato al cliente de parte de los empleados del hotel es muy bueno, son muy atentos. Las habitaciones tienen su propio aire acondicionado y funcionan adecuadamente. Y la ubicación es excelente ya que está frente al lago.

No tiene mucho que ver con el hotel pero el camino para llegar al hotel está muy descuidado aún que si pasas en carro eso le resta puntos. Dentro del hotel hay una polea con una llanta de bicicleta que le quita un poco el encanto al lugar.

Muy tranquilo el lugar, hermosa vista,todos muy amables y atentos. Los desayunos deliciosos.

El agua de las albercas estaba muy fría, deberían considerar paneles solares para tiempo de frio. Algunas puertas necesitan mantenimiento porque se atoran.

El personal es de lo más atento, hay estacionamiento. El restaurante cocina espectacular y su servicio es igualmente amable.

Mejoraría un poco el tamaño de las habitaciones, terminaría la remodelación de las habitaciones de la planta baja.

Las instalaciones están limpias. Sin embargo ya están viejas y les falta mantenimiento. La puerta de mi habitación no abría bien y la ventana no tiene opción para cerrarse, se queda abierta permanentemente, por lo que entra mucho ruido.
