House of hell

The gardens are very well taken care, lots of green. Location. View to the lake.

The rooms are very tidy, nice and seem to have just been remodeled. However the A/C unit is old, makes a lot of noise and it justo doesn’t seem to cope with the rooms size, so it gets very hot. Wifi does no reach the room we stayed in, no room service and there is no cold water running from the shower, it is just very uncomfortable. Accessibility around the hotel is difficult, mostly when you maybe are carrying more the 2 bags, no bellboy, no elevator (our room was on the 3rd floor) and there doesn’t seem to be be much security on the premises. We believe that it is well overpriced and would recommend it only if you travel light and have other places to go for entertainment.

La vista desde la habitación, increíble... Todo muy limpio y bien en general. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y la atención también muy amable.

Sólo dos detalles: Cuando llegamos nos molestó que unos huéspedes estuvieron toda la tarde en la piscina con música a muy alto volumen, y tuvimos que llamar a la administración para pedir que le bajaran. Otro detalle es que, como vegetarianos, en el restaurante no tuvimos muchas opciones para la comida y tuvimos que salir a comer en otro lugar.

El desayuno tenía buen sabor aunque el precio fue un poco caro con respecto a la porción.

Todas las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, encontré tres abajeas en la noche dentro de la habitación que se metían cuando encendía el aire acondicionado, tuve que dormir sin el AC. La cama de la habitación ya estaba deformada, la persiana tenía muchas manchas de humedad y otras cosas, había marcas de hongos en el baño y definitivamente me pareció realmente un abuso haber pago casi 200USD por una noche en ese lugar, no lo recomiendo.

Buen lugar pero no es como las fotos

La piscina y el trato del personal, nos dejaron quedarnos un rato más en la piscina sin costo alguno. Si quieres hacer un late check out tiene un costo de $300 pesos hasta las 6:00pm

El ruido del aire acondicionado y la habitación de al lado hicieron una fiesta hasta tarde y nunca bajaron él volumen no pudimos descansar y los del hotel no hicieron nada. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas.

Buen Hotel pero el precio algo elevado.

Hubo agua caliente para bañarse, el baño no olía mal. la comida en el restaurante fue rica y muy atento el personal. Cama y almohadas cómodas.

Las habitaciones un poco sucias y descuidadas. En nuestra habitación el balcón y la entrada al balcón estaban sucias, llenas de animalitos y plantitas. El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso y no enfría del todo.
