This is a standalone house near Browns Bay stunning beach. It is fully renovated recently, and equipped brand new furniture and electrical appliance. It is only 10-15 minutes walk away to the beach, and supermarket such as Countdown and New World. And it is 2 minutes to primary school. The Albany shopping mall is only few minutes drive away. The owner of the house lives near this house, and willing to provide any help should you needed.

Great location near the beach, clean and tidy house, comfortable living space, well-appointed with all necessities, lovely linens, spa bath, easy drive to Auckland city. Highly recommended!
