The beds and pillows were comfortable. The Living room was spacious.

The bathroom was smelly. The table on the balcony was rusty and uninviting. The balcony had spider webs that had not been cleaned. There was no toaster, and when we asked for one, we were brought a panini maker, which does not work well as a toaster. It lacked other basic items. There were not enough items to clean the apartment, so we had to improvise. We never saw the owner during the three weeks of our stay, and we did not know how to operate some of the things. We were not even told where to leave the keys when we left. We were given only one set of keys for two people, which meant that if the two of us wanted to go to different places, we had to coordinate our activities based on the keys. I sense that if the owner actually stayed in the apartment for a week he would realize what was missing and take care of some of these things.

This is an overpriced rip-off in a not very nice area.

Not like the photos at all. The garden was like a building site, there was a strange chemical/paint/glue smell in the hallway going up to the apartment. The furnishings were cheap and not in good condition. The floor was not really clean. The door to the balcony didn't open. The blind over the balcony door was broken. The metal fixings for the wooden shutters for the windows were so old and rusty, we didn't dare to try and close them, because it looked like they would break. There was a coffee maker, but the coffee pads for it were so old and stale, we didn't use them. There were no blankets on the beds (!) - yes, it's hot in summer, but some kind of even thin blankets have to be there for the guests to use if they want. There were also not very many pillows and the sheets were kind of old and not what you would expect for the price of this place. Finally looking in the wardrobe, we found 1 blanket (although we had booked 2 rooms - so there's not enough bedding provided). The way the apartment was decorated was loveless and tacky - hey we were on a family trip, so what was the tacky painting of the porn actress-looking woman taking her top off doing in the second bedroom? Like the decor of a cheap brothel... Also, the kitchen cupboards etc. are really cheap and old, from the 1970s and just painted over. Overall, we were very relieved to only be staying one night.

Disappointing

Great size apartment, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options, effective A/C, lovely balcony, friendly host (at first) who even offered me the use of her own swimming pool.

Despite references to a pool in reviews and the house manual, there was no pool, and the view of the garden was actually a view of a building site. The noise was horrendous and continuous, and when I explained my issue to the host, she said that it was not her fault as the work was taking place on somebody else’s property — about two metres away. The noise of this and the car wash directly next door made enjoying the outdoor space impossible during the daytime. This would be a great place otherwise and with a more sympathetic host.

Warning: there is NO swimmingpool even though they mention this on their booking site. This is a lie! In the garden they are constructing new apartments, which caused a lot of traffic and noise due to the building activities.

Casa carina ma non in inverno!

Alloggio arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale, letti comodi e bel terrazzino. Internet e SmartTV.

La casa è datata e necessita di interventi di ristrutturazione, serramenti vecchi e poco isolanti, wc con odore poco gradevole, ma soprattutto abbiamo avuto un’esperienza poco soddisfacente a causa della temperatura della casa, trovata fredda ( circa 15 gradi) e ci è voluta tutta la notte per riscaldare a causa di un sistema datato e senza termostato, la cosa più spiacevole è stata la reazione del proprietario che ci ha detto che è loro abitudine non accendere i riscaldamenti prima!

Apartament correcte però esperàvem que fos renovat i amb pàrking i no va ser així.

L'apartament està ben situat per visitar la Provença. La zona és tranquil.la i de fàcil accés en cotxe. És espaiós.

Les fotos que apareixen a Booking no reflexen la realitat de l'apartament. Per les fotografies sembla que estigui renovat i en canvi és força antic. Tenint en compte la relació qualitat-preu ens esperàvem un pis més ben conservat i renovat, especialment pel que fa al WC i als tancaments (adjuntem imatges). A més, l'anunci diu que l'apartament té pàrking gratuït i això no és cert del tot. L'aparcament de què disposa és deixant el cotxe al carrer sobre la vorera i a més no hi ha espai per tots els vehicles de la finca (adjuntem foto). Si les tres places que hi ha a la vorera ja estan ocupades, s'ha d'aparcar a un pàrquing públic que és a uns 2 minuts a peu. Això per nosaltres va suposar un inconvenient molt important perquè havíem escollit l'apartament especialment perquè pensavem que disposava d'aparcament privat.

Impeccable

Le logement était vraiment propre, cela s'est vu dès notre entrée dans l' appartement. Suffisamment spacieux pour cinq personnes et bien agencé. Dans une impasse au calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que la climatisation avait été allumée pour notre arrivée ainsi que le ventilateur dans la chambre. C'est un logement dans lequel je pourrais retourner.

Appartement tres fonctionnel et confortable clair et bien situé

quelques ameliorations a prévoir il y a une machine a laver c est très bien mais pas de séchoir ni d épingles a linge ???, de grandes penderies dans la chambre (placard) mais pas de rangement une etagère au dessus des penderies mais il faut mesurer 1.80 pour y accéder il suffirait de mettre un cote penderie un cote rangement ca serait plus sympa et pratique ;Attention dans le dernier tiroir de la salle de bain un tapis de bain mouillé car fuite au siphon perso j ai nettoyé et enlevé le tapis car moisi sur le bois et laissé un saladier pour recueuillir l eau ce n est pas une grosse fuite mais ca devrai être réparé. c est dommage ces petits inconvenient gachent un peu tuout le reste car vraiment un joli cadre de vie avec chauffage ou clim en été une cuisine joliment aménagé un dernier detail laisser les modes d emplois des appareils electriques seraiient un plus car impossible d obtenir les chaines TV bien que l on n aurait pas regarde beaucoup mais parfois en attendant on aurait aimme avoir les ifos par exemple heureuseument que nus avions la WI FI pour nos telephones , mais si besoin nous reviendrons car nous avon apprécié le sejour maalgré les quelques petits points negatifs?
