Le logement est très bien situé. Il est bien agencé et très propre. Ingrid a été très réactive et agréable.
La cage d'escaliers en mauvais état, avec l'indication du syndic précisant qu'il ne fallait monter qu'une personne à la fois nous a largement refroidis et inquiétés à notre arrivée même si l'appartement en lui-même était agréable.
Nous entendions fort les voisins qui pourtant n'étaient pas particulièrement bruyants.

Zentrale Lage nur eine Minute von Rathaus und Kathedrale entfernt, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, schönes Bad, sehr sauber.
Das Treppenhaus braucht eine Sanierung.

Excellent location. Apartment was clean, with all necessary facilities.
The building seems derelict. Awful shabby red door leading to an old rickety staircase. Forget to press a light switch near the door, and you're left in total darkness. Climb all the way up the staircase, and you reach the apartment. Inside is mostly ok, clean, air con, all facilities you need. But the white staircase up to the duplex bedroom does not have handrails on either side. It is extremely dangerous 😳. I would not have survived a night going up and down that staircase, so had to pull out the sofa bed next to tv, and sleep there instead.
