A very nice property in a very good location, will be excellent when everything is fixed.
The location, a short walking distance from everything (train station, supermarket, restaurants, exhibitions), the size of the property, the small courtyard, the decor, the furniture, the towels were clean and soft, the beds were very comfortable, the bedlinen was very clean, the furniture was very good and comfortable, the air conditioning was effective, cutlery, pots and pans, crockery were very good, the quick response when we reported that something was not working.
All amenities should be checked before the guests arrive. The hot water was not turned on when we arrived, that was fixed the next day, the washing machine did not work at all and needs replaced, the fridge was too cold and froze the food on the top shelf, the mop and sponges should have been changed, the dishwasher was temperamental but worked fine.

Size of apartment; kitchen facility; proximity to old part of Arles - very walkable, large bedrooms. Overall it was a really comfortable place!
Directions for the free (street) parking. Initially we were worried about what a busy street it was, but there was minimal street noise at night and the well-fitted windows kept out sound, so it was no problem at all

un excellent Noël en famille à Arles dans ce logement !
L'emplacement est super, proche de la gare et du centre historique. On a pu tout faire à pied. Logement confortable même le canapé lit. Draps savon et serviettes fournis. Le livret d'accueil fourni en amont est complet.
Clim réversible un peu bruyante dans une chambre. À savoir qu'on entend un peu la circulation du boulevard et de la ligne ferroviaire.

Lage an einer der Hauptverkehrsstrassen von Arles, Bahnstrecke sehr nahe, geöffnete Fenster kaum möglich, Parkplätze nur mit Gebühren (10 Euro pro Tag), nur in einem Zimmer Schrank für Kleidung, im anderen nur Kommode
