Neighborhood apartment across the river from the city.

Nice big apartment with a lovely terrace. Just across the river from Arles. Easy to walk to town with a grocery store and patisserie within 1+ blocks of the apartment. On site parking with your own garage. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Helpful host meet us and walked us through the features of the apartment, gave us a map with recommendations for restaurants. Host was easy to reach via Whats App for questions.

The AC didn't really work and it was 85+ degrees F when we were there. The windows open with good cross breeze but hard to sleep with them open due to mosquitos (no screens). Beds were small (full size), although with 3 bedrooms, we could spread out.

Exceptional

What a great house! The outdoor space is amazing and inside is roomy and comfortable for 4 adults.It's located in a quiet neighborhood across the river from the center...10-12 minute walk.The grocery store is a block away.There is a garage but we just left the car on the street and it was fine.Highly recommend Agathe's place!

Pleasant but hot stay.

Host met us at the arrival time. She was very helpful and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed except air conditioning. The apt was listed as having A/C but it's a bit of a stretch when the living room with A/C is on the opposite side of the bedrooms. It was very hot at night given no A/C and you can't open two bedrooms windows because they don't have screens and there are mosquitos.

Easy walk to centre ville

Cute, clean, and comfortable studio apartment located just a few minutes from Arles old town center. There is one dedicated parking spot in the front of the apartment, which is much appreciated. There is a supermarket just a few blocks away as well. Hostess was kind and provided a lot of great suggestions for things to see in the area.

recht zentrumsnah - mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Hauses. Neben einem gr. Wohn-Esszimmer gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Duschbad und ein sep. WC. Die Wohnung ist überfrachtet mit Nippes und Ausschmückungen - hier wäre weniger mehr gewesen! Das mach wohl auch die Reinigung schwierig und aufwendig. Die Heizung brauchte erst einen Tag, bis es richtig warm wurde. Die Lage zur Innenstadt von Arles und der Arena ist gut - man läuft so ca. 10 Minuten. Es ist eine recht ruhige Gegend. Der daneben liegende Kindergarten hat uns nicht gestört.

Der Wintergarten und die Terrasse waren ungepflegt. Es rieselte zT aus Bauteilen im Wintergarten. Die Garage war mit Sperrmüll zT gefüllt und offensichtlich sein Längerem nicht gesäubert - ebenso die Innentreppe aus der Garage in die Wohnung (verdreckt). Die Terrassenmöbel waren sehr ungepflegt - zT defekt. Die Garageneinfahrt ist sehr eng - mit einem größeren Mittelklassewagen wird es knapp - dann auch mit dem Ausstieg (zT Sperrmüll bedingt) Diese "Mängel" haben bei uns insgesamt zu einer Abwertung unserer Bewertung geführt. Wir würden dieses Quartier wohl nicht nochmals nutzen!
