Rustic apartment in beautiful Arles

Location was brilliant, so close to Arena and restaurants. All our required amenities were there. Host had very good communication. Could easily fit a family in here with double sofa bed downstairs.

The property is dated and most steps cause creaks when walking around. However this makes it rustic and it is not a big deal at this price point.

Excellent location!

Not very clean bed linen, poor quality amenities, despite having a lovely space. Access stairs a real danger, completely unfinished and without a handrail. It is a pity on that excellent apartment; it has great potential

Absolutely horrible. Do not stay at this appartment!

I am sorry to say this appartment was below standard. From the boarded up front door to the gaping hole in the wall it did not give us any confidence for our safety. The room was covered in brick dust and smelt of damp concrete. The kitchen was sub standard. The fridge was like the leaning tower of Pisa. The staircase to the appartment was brittle and dangerous. There was no air in the appartment. When you opened the window it had a slum feel about it. Complete with a man bringing up a lung which sounded like he was in the appartment.

The sofa bed was horrible. My son begged us not to stay so he didn’t have to sleep on it. The ten minute stay we did have was enough time to gauge that the best part of this appartment was the wooden staircase inside the appartment which is why it has pride of place in the photo to advertise the place. Even the number on the door was written on a piece of paper and stuck on. We have been travelling in France for seven weeks and this appartment was well below standard. We felt so unsafe being in this appartment that we lost €120 (which the owner refused to refund to us) and went to stay elsewhere. The charge of €40 to clean the appartment was an absolute joke as it had clearly not been cleaned. We were bitterly disappointed with the standard of accommodation and the lack of a refund. Please beware!

L’emplacement, facile d’accès, parking peu, cher, pas, loin, et proximité des arènes.

L’insonorisation, et ce n’est pas un vain mot au point que l’on peut avoir le sentiment que quelqu’un est entré dans le logement. Ce n’est surtout pas un point à négliger avant de réserver cette location, surtout lorsque les voisins se couchent à une heure du matin…

Appartement central, idéal pour visiter Arles et la région. Commerces à proximité. L appartement est simple mais fonctionnel. Nous étions 4 - c était parfait. Propriétaires réactifs et arrangeants

L escalier grince bcp. Mais pour qq jours de vacances, c était plutôt marrant.

Sinon, bon séjour, bel emplacement

nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement , proche des arènes. Nous avons bien aimé la possibilité d'arriver et de repartir de façon autonome, grâce à la boite à clés.

Nous étions 2 amies, nous avions choisi cet hébergement parce qu'il y avait 2 lits mais 1 seul était fait à l'arrivée. Nous nous en sommes rendues compte en rentrant en soirée. Nous avons dû prendre les draps qui finissaient de sécher sur le fil du visiteur précédent Problème d'évacuation d'eau à revoir dans la douche et les toilettes
