Amazing views over the Rhone, best location, spacious, clean and very thoughtful owner.

The property is central and has amazing views. The owner waited for us with a Christmas tree, premium wine (3 bottles) and a basket of fruits. The apartment has everything you need and it is spacious. It has heating and it is clean. Even called in to bring home made nuga. We will come again.

We loved Arles and had the best time at this property - it seemed like Van Gogh painted Starry Night Over The Rhone look

The property was exactly as described and as presented in the pictures. The property was clean and everything we needed was provided. It was conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the sights of Arles. And the river was right there at the front window.

Highly recommend for a stay in beautiful Arles.

Great location with lovely view over The Rhône. Generous host and great coffee machine!. Was worried about parking but was able to park across river without an issue. Great value.

All good for us but not ideal if you have a lot of baggage due to distance from parking.

We really enoyed our stay

Great apartment right in the historical center with a splendid view. It is clean, equipped with everything one needs even for longer stays, but not unnecessarily cluttered. Pierre was very nice and responsive when we had a minor request. The door of the flat have a very modern code lock. You also get a chip you can use for easier entrance, but even if you split into more groups, you can all enter. I can definitely recommend this apartment. Many thanks Pierre, we loved our stay.

Voor geweldig uitzicht en gunstige locatie.

Locatie en uitzicht. Volledig ingericht van vele gemakken voorzien.

Het had nog beter geweest als er gebruiksaanwijzingen van koffiemachine en beamer hadden gelegen. Deze heb ik nu niet kunnen gebruiken omdat ik(!) niet weet hoe zoiets werkt.

Esperienza super!

Appartamento al primo piano di uno stabile d'epoca, ricco di device elettronici, doccia con 1000 spruzzi diversi, lavatrice, proiettore per la televisione, ventilatori per raffreddare e condizionatori per riscaldare. L'appartamento affaccia direttamente sul fiume e ha una doppia esposizione che permette di far girare un bel po' di aria fresca. Il divano-letto è molto ampio e comodo. Cucina e bagno molto ben attrezzati. Zona comodissima per il centro città, supermercato molto vicino, parcheggio gratuito dall'altro lato del fiume, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e negozi di antiquariato vicini. Pierre disponibilissimo, ci ha sempre risposto entro pochissimo tempo. La porta dell'appartamento si apre con un codice fornito da Pierre il giorno di arrivo. Super consigliato!

Sarebbero comodi una ventola nel locale WC e uno stendino per il bucato.

L’emplacement très central, la vue depuis la pièce à vivre magnifique. La literie est confortable. Les produits de 1ere necessité sont fournis: liquide vaisselle, sel/poivre, huile, café, thé, sucre. J’ai apprécié la facilité de communication avec le propriétaire.

L’appartement est difficile à rafraîchir : il n’est pas possible de faire du courant d’air même s’il est traversant (la chambre est enclavée derrière un cloître. La climatisation est trop bruyante pour être utilisée. Qques basiques manquent dans la cuisine : carafe, couteau à pain et à cuisine, une théière

Appartamento appena ristrutturato con una spettacolare vista sul Rodano,luminoso e silenziosissimo. Posizione comodissima per girare nel centro di Arles. Essendo in una zona a traffico limitato bisogna cercare parcheggio al di là del fiume oppure nel parcheggio vicino agli Alyscamps Nota:Cucina completa di microonde, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina del caffè come al bar con il macinino.In bagno c'è anche la lavatrice. Televisione con il proiettore comoda da guardare dal divano letto. Pier è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Le scale per arrivare all' appartamento sono un po' scomode ,non c'è l' ascensore.

Super bien placé

Superbe vue sur le Rhône, super bien placé, proche de tous les points d'intérêt, et à moins de 10mn a pied d'un parking gratuit (un vrai atout pour un séjour dans la vieille ville!). Le couloir de l'entrée de l'immeuble est un peu défraîchi, mais impressionnant escalier de pierre ; le canapé et les chaises manquent un peu de confort, mais à part cela, nous avons tout apprécié de l'appartement. Clair, spacieux, propre, très calme, propriétaire réactif et conciliant (encore merci pour la petite rallonge d'horaire), fond de cuisine, thé, café, bien appréciables... et tant de belles visites à faire tout autour!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un exellent sejour chez Pierre. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Arles. Tous les monuments sont à proximité (moins de 10 mn a pied). L'appartement est calme, lumineux et à une très très jolie vue sur le Rhône. La communication avec Pierre à été efficace du début à la fin. Nous avons trouvé facilement à nous garer gratuitement de l'autre côté du Rhône. Je recommande à 200%
