Quiet location. Independence. Pool ambiance. Clean. Well equipped. Very comfortable bed and bedroom.

Wardrobe full of stuff and only 4 hangers. Difficult to hang clothes. Uncomfortable chairs for reading/watching TV.

In an ideal position, easy access to major routes to places of interest and shops. The grounds and pool areas were attractive.

It was fairly basic accommodation. It advertised a settee, which was in fact a single bed and too deep to be comfortable to sit on for long. The television reception was so poor that it was unwatchable and the bathroom was a a corner of the bedroom with no door, a shower that was hand- held so there was a danger of soaking the bed unless you were very careful and a sink with a plug which did not close.

A lovely refuge outside of Arles

My host was very responsive and welcoming for the arrival the main house is a charming 18th century house. it has a welcoming swimming pool i had no time to use as i was visiting for les rencontres de la photographie d'Arles. The bungalow i stayed in is separated from the main house and fully equipped, comfortable bed, well functioning a/c and TV the house is 2.5 km away from arles center. It was not a problem for me as i rented a bike but you need one or a car

The internet connection is a bit unstable for working A little detail but in such a lovely environment details make a difference; there was no soap or shampoo in the shower The house is not far from a busy highway. Not disturbing but one hear the humming and the vibrations in the room

A lovely place with lovely people

We had a wonderful time at Le Clos de L’Isle! Julie and Olivier have a wonderful place and put lots of love in the details indoors and outdoors! The cottage and especially the kitchen is very well equipped and all of us (including baby and dog) felt like home.

The only little thing that would be very convenient would be to attach mosquito screens on the windows.

Perfect property. Good facilities and quaint accommodation to enjoy a relaxing stay. Hosts provided lots of local recommendations to visit. Good wifi despite seeing negative reviews about it.

Location isnt walkable to anything in the local area but it's perfect for driving and close to main road to see other local towns and cities. Arles town is 10 minute drive.

A great venue for exploring Provence and a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing place to return to.

We spent five days/nights at Le Clos and had a great time. Accommodation is a short distance from Arles which is a truly wonderful city and within easy reach of a vast range of attractions – St Remy, the Camargue, Les Baux de Provence, Pont due Gard and stunning Roman arena, theatre and museum in Arles. Our apartment was very comfortable, and we loved the chance to cool off in the pool and have a BBQ after a busy day of visiting various sites. Le Clos is well resourced and very well situated with excellent parking. The house and its lovely gardens are peaceful, relaxing and, thanks to the owners, a welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring Provence. We loved it!

A Paradise - Stay Here!

From the very first moment we arrived as part of our honeymoon, Olivier and Julie made us feel at home in their little paradise in Provence. The guest cottage we stayed in was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. It even has its own patio and parking spot. But the real charm is the grounds of Le Clos de l’Isle, which included not only the refreshing pool but also a poolside kitchen and patio with comfortable chaise lounges, tables, and a screened-in hammock. There was also the enclosed gravel patio for playing pétanque, equipped with all the items necessary for that and other lawn games. Furthermore, another secret garden beckoned with a quiet place to sit and read in the shade. The property featured sculpture and lush foliage as well. But the best amenity was the kindness and warmth of our hosts, who make their home here in the main house. Olivier eagerly provided us with recommendations for places to visit and to eat, and they didn’t disappoint! We will dream of someday coming back here again.

The WiFi signal, while strong by the pool and in the garden, was practically nonexistent inside the cottage. But it didn’t matter so much because we constantly found ourselves outside by the pool, in the garden, and enjoying the property and it’s easy road connections to Arles and the rest of the region.

Another excellent stay. We'll be back!!

This was our second visit, this time just after confinement was lifted. As the owners weren't able to have us in the house, this time, in our old room, we were upgraded to a gite in the grounds, which worked out well and provided everything we needed. We love the ambiance, the location, the pool and its surrounding decor, the quiet.... Many thanks.

Zeer fijn welkom. We waren eerder dan aangegeven, maar waren welkom. Zeer fijn appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien en met airco. Zwembad waar heerlijk. Er zijn maar 2 appartementen, dus veel privacy.

De zitjes rond het zwembad hadden wat schoner gekund (bijv. aanvegen). Op en rond het zwembad had het wat opgeknapt kunnen worden.

Belle location avec une magnifique piscine

Nous avons adoré la piscine et les extérieurs (terrain de pétanque et espace autour de la piscine). La cuisine extérieure dont nous avons largement profité. Et l’accueil de nos hôtes !

Idéalement on aimerait avoir un peu plus de rangements (étagères) dans les chambres.

Goede locatie om de regio te verkennen. Leuk zwembad en buitenterras met buitenkeukentje

Een leuk zwembad, leuke buitenplaats aan het zwembad. Er was ook een kleine buitenkeuken en tafel om te eten. Verder was er ook een kickertafel en verschillende loungesets en BBQ. Wasmachine aanwezig. Veilige parkeerplaats bij het verblijf. Aangename omgeving rondom het huis. Locatie was goed als uitvalsbasis voor de ruime regio. Vlakbij grote invalswegen. Supermarkten ook vlot bereikbaar met de auto. Er is ook een documentatiemap ter beschikking met veel informatie over de regio en allerlei praktische tips.

De keuken was goed voorzien van borden, glazen en bestek en dergelijke, maar eerder onpraktisch ingericht. De vuilbak bevond zich ergens achter een hoekje ipv in de buurt van het aanrecht en er was weinig werkplaats. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we voortdurend heen en weer moesten lopen. Verder wat onpraktische dingen. Zo waren de borden te groot om in de mini afwasmachine te krijgen. Deze was voor 6 borden en bestek, maar gewone dinerborden pasten er niet in. Dus waren we toch aangewezen op afwassen. De borden pasten ook niet in de microgolf. Het was behelpen in dat keukentje. En dat is eigenlijk een beetje jammer voor een logies in deze categorie.

Tutto perfetto. La casa è provvista di tutto ciò che serve e l'esterno è un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto discreti ci hanno lasciato a disposizione tutto: la piscina, il patio, i lettini e tutta l'attrezzatura presente nella struttura senza alcun limite. Siamo stati tutti davvero bene. Come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

très bon accueil endroit calme ,literie de bonne qualité , on a apprécie la possibilité de pouvoir utiliser la partie extérieur avec boulodrome jardin et accès à la cuisine d été pour plus d espace

cuisine petite pour cuisiner pour 8 adultes, avec lave vaisselle petit , idem pour la salle de bains, pour 7 adultes c est un peu juste au delà de 3 jours , manque de rangement pour long séjour mais nickel pour quelques jours . la troisième chambre est en mezzanine et donne sur le séjour mais peu de grand logement dans cette région

Une très belle expérience dans un cadre plein de charme, qui a tout à fait correspondu à nos attentes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Clos de l´Isle. Le domaine est très agréable, typiquement camarguais et bien décoré. Un vrai dépaysement qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien. Les hôtes sont en outre vraiment très sympas !

Bello spot provenzale

La struttura è molto bella , in perfetto stile Provençal . Ci siamo stati d’inverno e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni che sono molto ben allestiti E’ perfetta come punto di partenza per visitare sia la città che la regione , ovviamente bisogna essere automuniti . La casa molto accogliente , ben arredata e pulita
