Très bon emplacement à proximité des arènes, intérieur avec beaucoup de charme et aménagement avec goût mais sobre, exposition agréable, climatisé, possibilité de se garer gratuitement à moins de 10 mn à pieds.
Equipement un peu juste, odeurs d'eaux usées rémanentes dans l'escalier

Localisation géographique très favorable dans Arles, près des Arènes et accessible à pied depuis la gare. Logement très calme, dans une petite rue Equipement complet et en très bon état Propriétaire arrangeant sur l'heure de départ.

Appartement très bien rénové, beaucoup de charme et très bien situé, proche place Lamartine, du Rhône, du marché, des Arènes et plus et le centre ville à 150m. Le salon avec velux de toit nous baignait de lumière, superbe. Très bien équipé.
Les petites maisons anciennes ont souvent un escalier pr acceder aux espaces de vie. L'escalier est raide... plus tard peut etre possible d'améliorer l'état des marches..
