Comfortable and homely.

Clean and spacious. Good explanations of how to use the facilities. Extra goodies to eat and drink. Very friendly hosts. Good patisserie near by.

Location was a bit far from the old town. Area was a bit shabby and run down.

Homely atmosphere, great value for money!

- Dominique and Monique’s hospitality and generosity will always stay in our hearts. Thank you for everything!❤️🙏🏼 - This apartment had everything we needed. You can prepare your own food, including your own breakfast, if you wish. Great value for money! The photos they have of their apartment show exactly how the place is.✅ - Coffee and also all toiletries (including toilet paper rolls❤️) were provided for all the days we stayed there!👍🏼 (contrary to the place we stayed in Avignon where we only got 3 toilet papers rolls for 9 days) - There was a washing/drying machine. The washing machine worked and the clothes dried fast outside on the clothes/wash-lines. - The garden is spacious and kept well. There is a table set under a tree and other seats nearby as well. - There is a bakery nearby “La Fabrik”. - A wonderful restaurant nearby was “La Flamme D'or”. Great French food and great service.👏 - Our hosts recommended to use the ENVIA app as we were going to go around with the buses; this was very helpful. Keep in mind that the last bus from the city centre to the apartment is at 8 pm (20:00). It would be nice for the hosts to inform their guests 😉. - - There are two bus stops nearby. The one across the street (Laennec ) takes you to the city centre. Bus 2 takes 9 to 14 minutes to the historical centre, depending where you need to stop. (32 minutes walk under ideal weather conditions and at very good walking pace). Arles is worth to see and maybe you can do it in 2 days, maximal 3 days. - - To go to the shopping centre (opposite direction), we take bus 2 over the street or bus 5 on a side street. The bus is faster (6-8 minutes between bus stops Laennec and C.C La Plaine de Montmajour) than walking (23- 30 minutes). - Breakfast at Columbus Cafe & Co. - A great restaurant outside the shopping centre is “La Meunerie”. If possible, reserve on time. - E.

- The WiFi needs to be updated. Even though it had a private password, it said it had weak security so we used it as little as possible. - The tv only had French speaking channels, but we were out most of the time, so it wasn’t a problem for us. BBC News would be nice to have. - There was a humidity spot in a corner of the bedroom ceiling. I am very sensitive and I smelled it the next day we arrived, but didn’t find the cause. The next night it was stronger and I couldn’t sleep well (it was above my head side). The following evening I discovered the black fungus spot. We didn’t say anything until we left because the place is worth it. The next days we kept the windows and doors opened as long as we were there. That helped to diminish the humidity smell. Even though we were told it wasn’t harmful, it didn’t feel good and we suggest for it to be treated soon.

Although Dominique and Monique can't speak English, they use translater to introduce all facility to us, the apt was equiped very well and warm, and the location was great , it's safe and quiet, there is a gas station cross the street and supermarket in 1 min drive.

Perfect stay for wary adventures who still want to see more

Great location to just stroll into the lovely old town. So appreciated a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Little house was warm with all you could need. Parking securely on the property was appreciated too. Loved the hosts, so kind and considerate even getting a local to help out while they were away. Would definitely come again.

Une adresse à recommander

Petite maison très bien située (proche de tout) avec arrêt de bus à 20 mètres. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Les propriétaires sont charmants et vous accueillent avec des chocolats. Une adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Splendido soggiorno, pulito e confortevole, da consigliare

L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, dal bollitore alla macchina per il caffe al tostapane, posate, piatti, bicchieri …. Persino il posto auto nel cortile, non manca davvero nulla e nulla è lasciato al caso, la pulizia è impeccabile e si vede la cura dei proprietari in ogni singolo dettaglio; in aggiunta il centro storico è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi o con poche fermate di autobus, che passa proprio davanti a casa, i proprietari sono simpatici e cortesi, insomma ci sono stati tutti i presupposti per uno splendido, comodo soggiorno, e penso che un giorno ci torneremo volentieri.

Le bellezze della Provenza e della Camargue

La casa è comoda ed accogliente con tutto il necessario,ottimo il parcheggio interno, fantastico avere la lavatrice e vicino a ogni centro di interesse a circa 40, 45 minuti in macchina c'è anche la possibilità di andare al mare nella capitale della camargue. Nonostante il gran caldo la casa era molto fresca anche senza usare il condizionatore e o proprietari persone molto gentili, consigliatissima.

Zentral, ruhig, prima !

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern - VIELEN DANK! Neben einem kleinen Begrüßungsgetränk wurde man mit persönlichem Anschreiben herzlich in der Wohnung empfangen. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung überraschend ruhig etwas von der Straße zurückgesetzt. Mit den mitgebrachten Rädern konnten wir über eine ganz verkehrsberuhigte Straße hinter dem Haus schnell direkt ins Zentrum radeln. Die Wohnung ist das ganze Jahr über gut gebucht, hier macht sich der faire Mietpreis bemerkbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Arles kommen, gerne wieder hierher.

L’accueil chaleureux, explication claire, bien entretenu, très propre, petite table extérieure, les mousquetaires aux fenêtre un gros plus.. Parfais pour trois filles en vadrouille.

Prima uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Arles en omgeving.

mooie locatie vlakbij het centrum van Arles. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw/gastheer. De communicatie verliep prima via googletranslate. Auto stond beveiligd op eigen terrein.
