Looked like a resort. Lavish indoor family-friendly pool in tropical forest greenhouse, surrounded by rooms. Good sound insulation. No hidden fees. Has weight room (good) but was closed early or out of order. No elevator. Openable window. Decent restaurant. Adjustable window AC. Spacious room with desk and luggage stand and no offensive smells, no major mold smell. A hand towel was not well-cleaned, but you were provided with so many towels that the rest were quite clean. Wakeup call service failed. Compared to other hotels nearby, highly recommend, as long as you have your own alarm clock and are not mobility impaired.

1. Rude or un interested employees
2. No gluten free option and employees didn’t even know what that meant.
3. Gym - équipement was good but didn’t open til 8 and because also à club there was a competition for the 4 treadmills.
4. Vending machines took only coins and no tuck shop so unless you had loonies and twonies you are SOL
