Nice clean hotel little far from old Quebec city but other wise perfect

Beware, black mold all around the air vent, bathroom full of black mold. Tiny old bathtub shower.
Extremely loud, first night there was a wedding and the sound kept us up very late.
Very late check-in. 5pm, called at 3pm and told not to show up before 5pm in a rude tone. Could not change and get ready for an event that evening.

Very old rooms with moldy caulking in the bathtub, found a cockroach in the bathroom...very humid in the hallways...
