    We made the booking a week before and got the confirmation from Agoda that rooms are booked but when we reached hotel after 10 hours of drive with 2 75 year old parents and two kids , they told me that they don’t have my booking and started ignoring me and did not try to coordinate with Agoda on the issue.

    We stayed for one night to have the opportunity to discover Quebec City over two days. In other words, we mainly needed a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, getting a good night’s sleep was not easy. The noise level was quite high, both from inside the hotel and from outside. Although we were on the fourth floor with all the windows closed, the noise from the nearby highway was still clearly noticeable. The room was also relatively small for a family of five. We could barely move around, and there wasn’t enough space to even open our one medium-sized suitcase comfortably. That said, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
