I was told we get bus passes for staying at this hotel..but they say they don't have and that was the reason we book here

We arrived at 4 pm, and check in was 3 pm. Front desk said our room wasn't ready till 4.30, and we were told we were going to be given a balcony, for the inconvenience. Came back at 4.30, and did not receive a balcony, and gave us a room with a single bed, when we paid for a single bed, plus a Murphy bed. When I showed the hotel my receipt, they said Expedia showed 1 room, with one bed.
When I complained, they told me to contact Expedia. So I did, over the phone, and chat service on Expedia, which did nothing to help me.
I was travelling with a person who is medically ill, and made us wait over an hour in the lobby, which was embarrassing. Then, the hotel said, we will rent you a cot for $23.
I was trying to understand why I paid for a cot, when I paid for 2 beds all ready. They totally washed their hands from our reservation, and did nothing to help us fix the issue, and blamed Expedia for the incident.
This was a major inconvenience.
Paid more, and got less.
Please be aware, they will not take accountability, and shift the fault to the 3rd party hotel broker, even when the customer is right.
Shifty hotel.
