    Despite having made a reservation on Agoda, when I showed up, my reservation had been cancelled and they were full so I couldn't stay here. (There was a credit card issue with the initial one I used, but upon getting an email about it, I used another card, which worked, and I was told my reservation was valid.) I freaked out initially as I had nowhere to stay and had arrived at 10pm. AGODA has done nothing and refused to even acknowledge fault. They even asked me to review the hotel that I couldn't stay at because of their mistake.
