Got a suite because it was the only room left. Nice location, very clean. Everything was good except I was not advised that check-in was to be done on-line; I arrived late (10pm) and the remote reception closed at 8pm which created some complications for me trying to check-in in the dark outside the hotel entrance. When I got in touch with somebody, they where really helpful and sorted everything out efficiently.

I would recommend the place. Its clean and goood location. Neely renovated. Alexa has been attentive. Tries her best to ensure that I am comfortable despite the set backs due to some issues she made sure that she is there to assist.

I traveled by train and easily walked from Gare du Palais with a wheeled suitcase. When I got there, I had not received by email nor text the code for the entrance and room door, and it was past 9PM so technically the front desk was closed for the night and I didn’t bother leaving a phone message when I called. To my surprise, someone called me back, I gave her my email and phone number and promptly received the codes. No elevator that I could see so keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. Nice modern room with dimmable lights, but the bed didn’t live up to the decor (plastic cover on the mattress!). There was loud music both nights but I’d say it stopped around 11:00 PM both times. Awesome restaurants in the area.

The ads should mention that there is no elevator. The place is best for young people on a tight budget. Also not the safest neighborhood at night.
