    Highly recommended! Superb breakfast though gets busy at times. Only thing to improve is to replace couches, synthetic leather started peeling off.

    Very clean. Easy to reach and not a bad neighboorhood. Restaurants and shops not too far. Relatively close to the airport and highways. Not having enough sound proofing at all is a big inconvenience.

    The experience at Clarion Pointe was terrible start to finish. 2 families, 3 rooms, arrived at 2:40 pm. We were instructed that rooms are ready but we have to wait until 3 pm before we get the keys, otherwise we have to pay $10 for early check in per room! Then we knew there was no elevators in the property, so asked for ground floor room since we have kids and one adult guest with knee problems. Receptionist said that ground floor rooms are $10 /night more expensive than top floor rooms. So we need to pay $30/night for 3 nights. Our bookings didn’t explicitly mention that price is for top rooms. The manager said it is the hotel policy and we need to upgrade if we need ground floor rooms. Finally, for 3 nights, our rooms were not cleaned once. We were instructed that housekeeping is not guaranteed in this hotel and we need to stay at least 4 days to get the room cleaned. The phone in one of the rooms was not working, the tub was clogged in another room, and ventilation is terrible in all bathrooms. Breakfast is ok and location is great.
