Дуже хороші апартаменти, розташовані в дуже зручному місці. Неподалік залізничний вокзал та набережна. Зручно дістатися до усіх визначних місць. У всіх кімнатах кондиціонер, що дуже полегшує життя у спекотні дні Італії😂

Convenient location in the pedestrian area of La Spezia, about 5 minutes away from the train station and 15 to the harbour. Bus stop to nerby Porto Venere is also about 5 minutes away. Abundance of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Nearest supermarket just over the corner and an open-air market with fish, fruit, vegetables and stalls with local produce also a short walk away. The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean with well equipped kitchen (basic condiments). All the crockery or glassware feel new, the furniture is in a very good shape, the bed is very comfortable.
Helpful and caring owner, Massimiliano, provided loads of information well ahead of our arrival and was very flexible concerning check-in time.
A bit low water preassure in the shower.
