Wszystko super. Apartament nieskazitelnie czysty, jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Idealna lokalizacja - blisko stacji i głównej ulicy a jednocześnie cicho. W budynku jest winda. Przywitał nas właściciel- Andrea - przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Dostalismy od niego miły upominek. Jeśli będę jeszcze w la spezia to z przyjemnością się tu zatrzymam. Dziękujemy🙂

The apartment was spacious, in a beautiful old building and had excellent facilities (good air con, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine). The beds were also very comfortable. It’s a very short walk from La Spezia Centrale train station. Andrea kindly met us when we arrived to show us up to the apartment and settle us in. I’d highly recommend a stay here.

Uno de los mejores sitios donde he estado. El joven Andrés es una excelente persona, amable, servicial y responde en todo momento. Si vuelvo a la Spezia, no dudaré ni un segundo en volver al mismo sitio.

Appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût dans un bâtiment de caractère. Il est super bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Il est à 5 min de la gare et à 15 min du port. Tout est accessible à pieds. Propriétaire très accueillant. On s'y sent vraiment bien.
