Lovely room with a helpful host.

We liked the area and the room, it was perfect for a single night. Loved the decor as well with diverse hand-made items made from reclaimed wood. The host was nice and helpful.

The bed was nice and clean but the mattress was way too soft for our taste.

Location not good not bad easy communication with owner of apartment Even looks like from 90’s maybe 80’s, it was more or less clean

This is 2 bedroom apartment. One room you will stay next room owner stays that’s all. Even 13:30 early check in impossible, you can just leave baggages and go out. Inside apartment was smelling like someone smoke intensively, it was not good when we leave baggages If owner of apartment in kitchen, you can’t use kitchen. If you ask to use table sit and eat, he shows you your room and says eat there. In room has one chair. One must eat standing. Windows and balkony door making voice if weather is windy. It was difficult to sleep Price was not cheap. If i go again, stay somewhere else on train line cheaper price possible instead of bologna city center

The bed is very uncomfortable and cheap, old stuff. As a must, it should be renewed. So, I had backpain for days and couldnt sleep properly. This is a feedback for the owner.

Friendly host but not very well prepared. I arrived a couple of hours earlier than estimated in my booking and I had to wait half an hour cause the room wasn’t ready. Next morning 8:30 I was in the kitchen waiting for the included breakfast but he stayed in his room, had to go get him knocking on his door. finally i got no breakfast just coffee, cause i had to leave somewhat after 9 and there wasn’t enough time for him to prepare something.

Had plenty to eat and drink and was perfect to start our day. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. Location was ideal, just a short walk to a bus stop that takes you directly into the centre of Bologna. Overall a great place to stay with a helpful host and reasonable pricing.

Good price value ratio, clean room, helpful owner

The owner was very nice and attentive! The room and the bathroom were clean. Price value ratio good. The public transport perfect, the bus station is 100m from the apartment. The old town/city center is 15min by bus.
