Lovley quiet place

Family run. Great view from road. Just two bedrooms upstairs with balcony. Very quiet. Breakfast is laid out in the morning outside the room for you to help yourself. With the tax you pay the owner gives you a travel pass to use in the area. We went on the cable car to Zugspitz which was wonderful and caught the bus just down the road. Had 2 meals at Dorfbrunnen hotel (which gives massive potions!) which is 5 minutes in the car (a bit too far to walk). Would highly recommend a stay here.

I am really satisfied with the breakfast. The host give us bread,sausage,butter,cheese,fruit, egg,yogurt,milk,coffee,and tee. it is the buffet mode, so we do not need to contact with others. and food is healthy and full enough for us to prepare all-day skiing. and room also clean and comfortable. I spent tow nice evening there.

If I want to go the Garmisch-classic, I have to take bus for 2 stop and then take train 3 stops, it is a little unconvienient. but not so far. however, it is very close to the zugspitz, only 2 stops bus.

I had a great 5 days stay in the Gästehaus Lehnerer, great vacation. Haus situated in the outskirts of a small village of Grainau, beautiful scenery with mountain views, well connected to Eibsee ja GPK by Blue Bus. When I payed local tax, I recieved from my host Bettina a free bus ticket I could use on this bus during my stay and also go to Grainau swimming pool with steam bath, excellent thing to relax after long walks. Short walk to the village for dinner or drinks. I was served very tasty breakfast in the morning I could eat in my room. Very clean nice bathroom with hot shower. Very comfortable bed. I defenetely want to come back another time. Thank you!

Cozy & comfortable stay after a long day in the snow.

Beautiful view from the window, the room is spacious and clean, warm even during the freezing night temperatures outside. In the morning, they prepared a massive, delicious breakfast. The bed was super soft and fluffy, which is not to my liking, but my partner loved it. The bus stop is close by, and the walk from the train station around the lake was just stunning. We took our car there but must be quite accessible with public transport. The parking is available on the property. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We also loved meeting their family dog, Stella who welcomed us when we arrived. Easy to catch transportation to and from Zugspitze.

The guest house was nice, cozy, and quiet. It was nice to have a place not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town; however the bus stop is right there and the host provides passes f you do want to go into the city center for drinks.

We loved it! It's perfect for the money. The room was very cozy. And we had a charming mountain view. It was also very nice to watch the sunrise from a balcony. The hosts are very sweet and welcoming. Location couldn't be better! Just 5 min drive from Eibsee, 10 min to the supermarket

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war perfekt! Sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Top! Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem.

Das Bad war ein wenig eng. Die Dichtung an der Duschwand war defekt, so dass Wasser neben die Dusche geflossen ist. Musste immer weggewischt werden. Bad-Ausstattung modern und gut.
