I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent thanks to Inna at reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and proactive. Even before my arrival, she reached out via WhatsApp with very clear and helpful instructions on how to get to the hotel, which made everything smooth and stress-free. During my stay, she continued to be extremely friendly and provided many useful tips about the area without me even having to ask. That level of care and attention really made a difference. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed my time there. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding service. I would definitely come back!

The room exceeded my expectations: clean and neat, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet at night though located in center, close to attractions.

Friendly enough. Clean and tidy.
Didn't look anything like the picture in looking at right now on Booking.com Extremely basic, dated. Very small room. Shower was annoying. Kept running hot then cold suddenly.
