Bloom Inn Madrid

The location is excellent, as it is a very close walking distance to the Grand Via and City Center area. Upon arriving, the AC was not working in my room. After finding out that it could not be fixed promptly, I appreciated that staff was accommodating and able to get me another room. I liked how my new room was on the primary floor and it was very comfortable and clean.

The neighbourhood area it was in, but it was not a huge deal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent thanks to Inna at reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and proactive. Even before my arrival, she reached out via WhatsApp with very clear and helpful instructions on how to get to the hotel, which made everything smooth and stress-free. During my stay, she continued to be extremely friendly and provided many useful tips about the area without me even having to ask. That level of care and attention really made a difference. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed my time there. Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding service. I would definitely come back!

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location. Even though very basic, once you get in the room, it was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good, towels were good, mattress was ok, air conditioning worked. Nice to have a terrace.

Old building, we got stuck in the lift, but the team was very quick and we were out in 40 minutes. Soundproofing not good. Beddings felt cheap, like a polyester & cotton mix. There was a shower curtain that was clean but never feels nice to share.
