The location to Gran Via was so convenient, good value for the price, very tidy room and overall it felt very safe and secure with 24hr staff.
The bed was slightly hard and the shower nozzle had leaks spraying from the connection.

The location is close to everything. From the outside it doesn’t look much but the hotel is on the first floor and very modern. Staff very helpful.
