Very small rooms

Great location in Madrid's centre, which was perfect for us who only had one day to explore the city. Beds were clean and comfortable - we opted for a 4 person female only dorm. Communal areas were nicely decorated, clean and functional. There support staff (available by text only) were very responsive and friendly.

No elevator so if you have luggage, you're carrying that up 3 flights. No reception - door codes didn't work and had to get hold of the customer support (who were very responsive and friendly). Dorm room was tiny - not enough space for everyone's stuff. Another customer arrived in the middle of the night and also couldn't get into the door using the code she was given and ended up knocking till we woke up and let her in.
