Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent location in the center of Madrid,only few minutes walking to main attractions.Minimal and reliable.

The location is SUPER convenient close to Gran Via but on a side street that’s not loud or busy, the room clean, and the staff so nice!
The hallway echoes quite a lot, which was really the only source of unavoidable noise

Location was good.
Staff nice. Easy check in and check out.
Room was nice and comfy.
Good beds. Enough room for suitcases.
No elevator in the building - located on the 3rd floor. Way too many steps to climb with suitcases. I would never book a place without an elevator again.
Tiny sink in the bathroom- but it was fine.
Room needs a full length mirror.
