The location, staff, interior design
The elevator was a little slow but honestly not a big deal

The location is great, the people who work there are super sweet and attentive and the interior design is nice.
Our room felt like a deprivation tank, no sun rays ever reached it. Our window’s view as you can see was a pipe and a dirty wall and when open all we could hear was the ac units loud noise.
So manage your expectations or at least ask for an exterior room.
We asked to move as we have a young child and spent more time inside than normal , the receptionist was empathetic and tried to help but there were no other options unfortunately.
