The location was convenient. It was nicely heated.
The elevator was very small the stroller of our baby couldn’t fit and my husband had to carry the stroller down every time we went out.

+ Goede ligging (bekendste winkelstraat 5 min. lopen) + Badkamer kennelijk redelijk recent gerenoveerd, want nette tegels (gek contrast met de rest)
- Oud gebouw (een beetje armoedig of juist met karakter, net hoe je er naar kijkt); uitgesleten, krakende traptreden (maar er is ook een - ouderwetse - lift) - Badkuip, geen (inloop-)douche - Simpele douchekop, die slecht op zijn plek aan de muur blijft zitten - Piepend, krakend bed - Gehorig: veel geluid van de straat en van belendende kamers; kranen die open en dicht gaan (op zaterdag gaat het harde praten op straat tot 2 uur ’s nachts door) - Airco houdt gewijzigde doeltemperatuur niet vast en maakt relatief veel en geen constant geluid (hoewel van het ‘split’-type) - Kleine kamer, geen handige plek om koffer actief te gebruiken - Ouderwets, matig onderhouden meubilair
