We still had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time there very much

Well situated and it had everything one needs including the dstv full bouquet

The couch was rock hard, the sliding door was hard to open and the toilets were tiny

Overall, good location but I wouldn’t go back to that specific accommodation.

The location was good and the house is spacious and stunning. The location is at a pretty decent part of Paternoster and you can walk to all the bars and restaurants.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication regarding construction that was happening next door that they were busy with throughout the day. The construction was not communicated and it happened right by our patio so we had no privacy at all. There was no coffee/ no sugar/ no tea/ no milk and no complimentary water. There also gave us 1 toilet paper in each bathroom (only 2 bathrooms) and we were 3 girls so we had to purchase more. On arrival we were told that we did not pay for our stay when we had, only to realise that there was a fault on their side and booking.com as well, this is something I had never experienced which basically ruined part of our experience, the treatment during that conversation was also disappointing.

Great location and spacious

There was no sugar, coffee, milk complimentary like most properties. But the convenience stores were near by, so just to alert other guests not to expect those complimentary items.

Lovely gettaway by the Sea

Booked it for my parents & another couple joined them, they absolutely loved their stay… They said it was lovely & private & the staff were very friendly upon their arrival. They would recommend it to anyone visiting Paternoster.

Although the outside area is really nice, during windy conditions an outside braai is not ideal.. suggestion would be to possibly block the fireplace from the wind..

A lovely peaceful holiday break

Great location and the house is exactly as advertised. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and were prompt when we had any queries. Overall a great stay.

We were only provided with two refuse bags for the bin and only two dishwasher tablets. I felt we could have been provided with atleast four of each considering the duration of our stay.

Neat place. Comfortable beds. The bath leaked but they sent someone out asap to fix it. Good service!

Place is a bit excessively strict. You're not allowed to lie on the couches nor eat there, which is a bit weird as when I'm on holiday I would like to lounge around in front of the fireplace. When they mean self catering, it's nothing more than that, no salt or pepper even. So you really have to pack EVERYthing.

On arrival had to wait for a cleaner. House was not cleaned after the previous guests left. Dirty towels, no toilet paper and leaking kitchen sink were found.

The layout is perfect. Sufficient space. Modern styling. Comfortable beds. Great restaurants in close proximity. A really stunning premises. Wifi is a little bit slow but it remained up during our stay.

The location was lovely. The fact that there's only 3 properties in close proximity with a green belt infront of the house was great. The house itself was beautiful to live in and we loved the large showers and bath. The bedding was great with the crisp white linen.

The safe wasn't working. A place to hang our laundry or a washing machine would be VERY beneficial. We only realized that there is a laundromat in town 6 days into our stay. The stay in Paternoster staff should give this type of information to holiday makers. There was also only one frying pan which is very strange cause then you can't cook different foods together at one time.
