Very nice and individually styled place

A very cosy old fisherman's house, completely and lovely renovated. We felt directly at home there. The owner is super friendly and the whole communication and the check in process were nice and uncomplicated. Perfect place for a family. The place is quit and only a few minutes away from the seaside and the restaurants, bars, etc.

Charming stay in the heart of Etretat

Location is great, the host is friendly. Property was clean and stylish, felt like Normandy atmosphere. Very nice and cosy private terras with barbecue facilities - perfect for a breakfast or family dinner especially if you have kids.

These are not real dislikes, just few peculiarities which one might need to consider when planning their stay. Parking close to the property is almost impossible, don't expect to have your car nearby. Stairs in the house are steep and no safety gates for babies, I was worried about my 3-years old sleepwalker every night because she was sleeping on a different floor with easy access to the stairs. I would not consider this apartment with smaller kids for safety and comfort reasons. If you plan to kook a lot at home, consider bringing your kitchenware, house's choice has only limited essentials (though enough to kook basic dishes). Surprisingly, there was no oysters knife.

Cosy apartment near Etretat Rocks

Good location, 5 min. to Etretat rocks. Interesting apartment on 3 floors in old fashioned, charming house, with seperate entrance, may be not for people with children, WC is on 3floor and outside, in the yard. Welcoming and nice owner! Kitchen options Ok!

Petit cocon

Maison propre, Tout le nécessaire était a notre disposition. Proche de tout ce qu'on a visité, le clos lupin, les jardins d'Etretat, les falaises d'Etretat. En plus on a eu beau temps !

Rien à dire sur l'emplacement. Mais un petit bémol pour la fermeture des restautants le dlmanche à 19h plus rien d'ouvert...

Leuk verblijf in charmant huisje

Locatie-erg centraal maar tegelijkertijd een rustige straat. Wij vonden het een charmant huisje, niet heel groot maar wel compleet ingericht. Voor ons als gezin was het helemaal prima met 2 slaapkamers en een keuken/zithoek. En een alleraardigst tuintje natuurlijk.

Goed dat mensen weten dat parkeren in de buurt heel duur en lastig is. Wij hebben spullen uitgeladen en buiten het dorp geparkeerd (gratis). Prima te doen maar wel even op plannen!

Enttäuschendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Es ist ein altes Haus mit einem kleinen Steinvorgarten, innen mit einer alten abgeschliffenen Treppe für Menschen, die so etwas lieben. Die Betten waren optisch mit Decken und Kissen ausgestattet. Die bunten Mosaiksteine an der Treppe und in der Küche fallen ins Auge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut über Textnachrichten, er hat gute Tipps zum Parken gegeben.

Die Einrichtung (Küche und Aufenthaltsraum) ist in die Jahre gekommen, große Flecken auf dem Sofa und zwei Sitzmöbeln, auf denen man nicht sitzen möchte. Geschirr, Besteck und weiteres Küchenzubehör zusammengewürfelt, nur eine große Keramiktasse. Die Platte des Holztisches ist nicht mehr intakt und mit einer Wachstischdecke bezogen. Die Sitzmöbel draußen sind verschmutzt, auf denen keiner sitzen möchte. Auf den weichen Matratzen konnten wir nicht gut liegen, für zwei Personen könnte es breiter sein. Insgesamt könnte man mehr aus dem Haus machen. Die Preis- Leistung stimmte für uns nicht.
