I had a great stay at Bean Grass Homestay. The owner was extremely welcoming, friendly and always available to help with anything I needed. She made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring Hoi An. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

This is a lovely family run homestay just outside Hoi An old town. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was lovely and spacious. They offer daily cleaning services, a laundry service and bike hire which is brilliant. Would definitely recommend for an amazing affordable stay in Hoi An.
Breakfast is not included but this isn’t an issue as there are plenty of lovely cafes nearby.

Great location and clean rooms. We had to change last minute as the homestay we were originally in wouldn’t let us check in past 9pm but we were able to check in late here with no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
