Nice welcome, kind people. I had a double room with en-suite. Clean and nice details like bottled water, biscuits and sweets were left in the room for me daily. Very well located for the old town which is within walking distance.

It was our 2nd time to stay at Happy Town. We love the location as you can just walk towards the nearest attractions. We also like that the family who is operating the business are fluent in English and they help us by recommending what is best to make our stay enjoyable.
It is not that we didn't like, but this time we discover that the room's air condition will become colder when you put it in like 27 higher. The first time we stayed, our room's a little bit hot because we put the air condition into 22 thinking that it will gets cold.

Really good homestay. Love the location which was close but down a small quiet street. Family who run it are kind and helpful. Excellent value.

The location is perfect, it is very near to the town center, you can just walk around. There is restaurants, pharmacy and other stores nearby. Even though it is located at the center of the town, yet it is peaceful and not too noisy. The place was spotlessly clean and very well maintain. It is a family business. The Mum was very helpful and offer suggestions on where we can easily get transportations at a very affordable price. The son was accommodating and helpful, plus he can speak fluent english which is perfect. Breakfast is simple but yummy. We specially like the omelette with bread and the banana pancake. The price is very affordable. All in all, if you want a relaxing and quiet place to stay around Hoi An with affordable price, then this is the perfect place to stay.
1. When we reminded the host via whatsapp about our request for airport pick up, it was unpleasantly replied
2. Our airport transportation came so late even though we already sent our flight details ahead, and we were waiting outside the airport under extreme humid weather
3. Our bathroom is outside our room, so it is kind of uncomfortable for ladies to take shower. Also, there is no mirror inside the room
