Anh and her staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect; so close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean and the homestay itself is simply beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and Anh was able to cater for my gluten-free needs.
The only reason I have not given a perfect score was due to some noise (street noise as we had the front room) and some construction noise (which is temporary and absolutely nothing that can be done about this from Anh’s perspective). Everything else was amazing.

Very good location, close to old town, modern, spacious, basic but functional rooms, big inner garden
Unfortunately the room heated up so fast that it was impossible not to use the AC, which was so loud that i couldn’t really sleep :/
It was also very hot in the inner garden, already during breakfast, they have some fans but only switch on one - which doesn’t really make any impact. I dont know what breakfast selection other people mention, it was only eggs, and the lady didnt speak any english, so ordering sth even to drink was difficult.
Could be a nice stay but not it the May heat

Anh was a great host and responded to messages very quickly and all the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the main tourist area so you were close by without any noise. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
There is construction at the moment which starts early in the morning which is worth noting if you are someone who likes to sleep in late.
