This hotel is super comfortable and really close to Hoi An Ancient Town-just about 5 minute walk away. The staff are so nice and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they even provide refillable drinking water (which is super rare, as most other hotels I've stayed at usually charge for it). I highly recommended this hotel!

Ann and Julie made our Hội An trip truly memorable! We are so grateful for all their help in recommending the best food and places to visit. They were always friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well, which made everything so much easier. We will definitely miss them both! We would gladly stay here again when visiting Hội An in the future ❤️🫰🏻🇻🇳

Hotel room: - Decent and cleanliness to an acceptable standard. - not spacious - great location Staff: - seems to be lovely but NOT trustworthy. she was NOT protective of us (her own guests), instead she took the male driver side and kept telling us on his phone that the ride is to be shared with people and also told us to get off that car to wait for another ride IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! This happened we encountered a terrible issue that the driver hired by the hotel tried to pick up other customers in the middle of NOWHERE on our return ride of our ‘PRIVATE RIDES’ to the hotel from the boat day trip. The male driver only spoke to us in Vietnamese and another man staff (from a middle of NOWHERE) tried open my door and talked to me only in Vietnamese and stuffed 2 more guests in our car. However, the hotel staff gave us a tiny discount on our taxi ride to Danang on our departure.
