    Unfortunately, I found several insect larvae/cases on the wall in my room. When I reported it to the staff, they simply brushed them onto the floor and did not properly remove them, inspect the room, or offer another room or any compensation. The way the situation was handled felt unhygienic and dismissive. I expected a much more professional response

    I stayed in 10 bed dorm and the only downside is there is no curtains, I’m not sure if this changes with the 8 bed dorm but honestly, the rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, pretty social able along with free drinks from 6:45-7:00pm, pool looked a little murky to me but it was probably fine. Staff was super friendly, overall it’s definitely worth the stay and the free breakfast essentially pays for itself.
