    We had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel, location is just walking distance from the town center where most tourists are at. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating, so many shops & restaurants nearby

    I have a day off during my Da Nang business trip to visit Hoi An, so I booked the Thanh Binh Central Hotel. The location and facilities are great, and the staff is good, but sometimes they are not at the front desk (I want to borrow an umbrella, but they are not there). Price/Performance is great!

    I live in Hoi An and booked this hotel for 1 night to use the pool. Room was amazing, had a balcony overlooking the Main Street. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

    It looks big outside but it is hollow in middle where the pool is and open top meaning, it is hot, no fan no ac, lift is hot and stuffy and hallway. The room is very big, but old, the cleaner is bad, see the fan, full of dust and it constantly on. The ac is working but it is position badly meaning the room is so big. It is blowing in the area at the end of bed so the bed area is hot and rely on the dust fan. The tap is wobbly no one to screw it tight. The wc hose is leaking so water river along the bathroom which is dangerous. There is hot water which is better than ha long, both extreme tourist area but not like city facilities. There are flies etc like all towns even in hanoi. I just open my insect jar and let the smell deter them from biting me at bed time. Pillow is low and service is non existent. It is cheap price but it's still over price as no safe. Water we're given two and 2 nights. No safe. I think it is ***and not *** . Didn't touch the pool as I am not sure it is changed the water constantly. They provide breakfast for 100k but we went to local McDonald's which is 3min away..
