    We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. The bed was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The balcony was very nice to relax on. The location is amazing and only a short walk to all the sites.

    Location is perfect, in the middle of everything. Room was very clean. They upgraded our room for free, we had a nice balcony on the corner with a great view. The staff member Hana was very helpful and friendly

    had a great time at this hotel. The room had windows where you can watch boats with lanterns go by. The hotel receptionists were all helpful, even the the drivers. We had a bad time with our klook driver not showing up to send us to Ba Na Hills and they easily found an available driver to drive us. The room is clean andeven the bathroom. One thing id like to improve is the bed :) theyre comfy but since theyre 2 mattresses put together on one frame, it caused mild discomfort at some point at night. But overall greatttttt!

    I booked and paid for a room at this hotel three days before my trip. I received confirmation of my reservation. On the day of our arrival in Hoi An, we arrived to check in, but were told- they had no available rooms! We received a cash refund, but it was very disappointing. We spent time sitting in the hotel lobby looking for a new hotel, and as we all know, finding available rooms on the day of arrival is difficult. It left a bad impression.
