Good Area - very close to the old town but in a peaceful spot without the disturbance of crowds. Minimart downstairs, Food places nearby. Pharmacy within 2 minutes. Location is excellent. Room was large and spacious. Balcony, though small is enough to sit in and watch the street.
1) Stairs only. No elevator. 2) Water not warm enough but maybe I didn't operate it correctly.

L’emplacement La deuxieme nuit nous avons eu la chambre au 1er etage chambre superior car je me suis plainte la veille
Nous avions reserve pour une chambre superior , la 1iere nuit, ils nous ont donne une chambre qui sentait l’humidite, simple,.pas du tout la superior Pas de pdj propose, il faut payer au chech in, cash Aller plutôt a l’autre hotel a cote, le thanh binh central qui a le même prix mais qui a une piscine et propose des pdj
