    my first hostel experience and it was absolutely amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are surprisingly clean and well-maintained. This hostel has great vibes and atmosphere overall. Highly recommend!!!! Will book this place if I’m visiting Hoi An again.

    Great spot if you're looking for a social atmosphere. I had a rocky start with insects in my assigned bunk, but the staff handled it perfectly by upgrading me to a private room immediately. I really appreciated how proactive they were. The only downside was the logistics of moving rooms; I had to check out of the private room at 11 AM and wait until 1 PM to check into my new dorm bed the next day. Despite that inconvenience, the location is perfect and the staff are amazing. Would still recommend.

    Really easy to meet people at this hostel - events in the evening or just in your room/ around during the day. Linked with the beachside hostel which is really nice - free shuttle. Quiet enough at night after 10/11pm when events finish. Great location for exploring the old town and taking part in classes / access to food and bars.

    The hostel was fine overall, and the staff were friendly. However, I have to say Fuse Hostel in Nha Trang is much better compared to here. My main concern is that since I checked out almost a month ago, I still haven’t received my deposit back in USD. I would suggest collecting deposits in cash rather than charging cards, as this issue didn’t only happen to me—other guests have also complained about the same problem.
