The staff was super friendly, their attention to detail was exceptional. Gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do. We could tell they really cared about our experience and stay :) we were in awe by how attentive the staff were to our wants and needs during our stay. Location was also perfect. Everything was within walking distance. A special shoutout to the lady in the bob who was so kind and friendly and welcomed us with a big smile everytime we came back to the hotel!
It was too short, I wish we stayed for longer 🥺

Sentralt og god pizza på restauranten
Veldig hard seng og vi prøvde å utvide oppholdet. Var lite samarbeidsvillig så vi sjekket heller inn på et annet sted. Dumt.

This was not the best hotel we stayed in! The building is very nice but very dark bedrooms with no windows or views. Staff wasn't the most friendly and helpful compared to all the other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was not included. The swimming pool was nice and great location for visiting Hoian.
Dark rooms. Old damaged furniture. No decoration in rooms. Very basic and pretty noisy in the evening.
