    Service, facilities, food, house keeping, helpfulness, cleanliness, going out of their way for customers are all under this one roof. They take service to another level and this is definitely a place we will go back to. Well done “Team Allegro” for being an example to the industry.

    We had an amazing stay in this hotel, location was great, walking distance to the main tourist area. The staffs here were outstanding, Tapie was helping us out a lot with as one of us were not feeling well, we really appreciated all your help, anyway we enjoy our stay and will definitely stay here if we come back to Hoi An again!

    The first day and check in was great but it went down from here . The staff seems very uninterested, location and facilities are good.

    Booked this hotel due to high review score. Have to admit we left feeling a little disappointed: 1) Dropped a message to hotel that the trip was to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. They offered to give him a little surprise with a birthday cake, but there was no cake. The cake itself is not important but it reflected the service level. 2) Housekeeping standard can be improved. There was no floor mat in the bathroom. I tried to use the weighing scale but it was not working due to low battery. 3) Bath tub is huge but there was no anti-slip mat, I almost slipped. The water in the bathroom tub somehow drained very quickly and you had to keep topping up the water. 4) I find the breakfast average. I usually take yogurt for breakfast but not for this hotel as the yogurt was just placed in a big bowl left on the table (not in fridge or in a bowl of ice).
