The staff are the gems of this hotel. They were exceptionally friendly and very keen to help with any requests

Unfortunately the location wasn't ideal for me as it is further from the center of Hoi A than where I usually stay. I have a mobility issue and it was too far to comfortably walk. The electric cars were very convenient and really reasonably priced.

All of the staff were outstanding. I’d especially like to thank Joy on reception who was wonderfully welcoming and checked on me every day to ask how I was enjoying my stay. Vivian in the spa team was fantastic and told me about some good promotions they had on. Staff at reception were great at recommending tours and restaurants. Overall the hotel is fantastic. Staff are wonderful and the location is great. Within walking distance to old town. Rooms are large with big comfortable bed and I had a beautiful city view to the back of the hotel from my balcony. The big bath in the room was a lovely surprise! I will definitely be back!

The property is in need of a renovation. The fittings and fixtures are old and grubby. The toilet seat in my bathroom wasn’t attached properly the door didn’t close and the shower needed a good scrub. Breakfast is not up to standard and the staff didn’t really care. Food that should have been served hot was cold.
