Super convenient as it’s close by Winmart and Pharmacy, very good location! Very clean and Very helpful staff, got me ice when I couldn’t buy any ice from grocery store!!! I took photo of the room after I checked out so the drape was changed woopsie

Single night stay in March 20206. The town location is good and the hotel reasonably priced. Appears to be new construction. Central, indeed. The room was clean and the bed decently comfortable. No complaints with the Wi-Fi and no mold or air quality issues. The friendly front desk team will request you remove your shoes, which I'm fine with as long as they have slippers for you to use that fit. They did not. Oh well.

"Central Boutique Villa" is not to be confused with the larger and better "Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel" literally around the corner at 91 Hùng Vương - I find this identical naming a tad deceptive and obnoxious and your Grab drivers will be equally confused. My queen bed room was acceptable, if spartan and cramped. The charging table by the bedside didn't work, and the AC struggled to keep up, but I can deal. The shower however... it's one of those open concept single rooms (see photo) where you have to move the toilet paper lest it get splashed by your shower. While you're lathering up, the tiny floor drain works so slowly that the entire - now slippery - floor is covered in at least centimeter of water which pools around the toilet, your feet, your ex's feet (you really should not have brought them on this trip and you know it) etc. Doubly unfortunate if someone wants to use the bathroom after you since the floor is now soaked. This is a design flaw and should be fixed. I would not rush to stay here again, but to be fair, this plumbing problem may be unique to my room alone.
