Nostalgia Hotel and Spa

The breakfast included and the pool make it very reasonable. Breakfast is fruit and bread or hot local food and you can have fresh eggs or omelette which was a nice selection. Justin was very accommodating and made sure we had tons of information about the local area, where to go, where to avoid and was generally amazing.

The pool was lovely it was just a shame it was so close to the main road

I loved Kevin! He was the BEST and he assisted us with the best discounted car ride (25% cheaper) from Da Nang to Hoi An where the hotel was. Then he went out of his way to organize a similar car ride which was much cheaper than what was available on Grab back to Da Nang for our bus ride. Perhaps one of the BEST customer service me and my friend has ever experienced. Thanks Kevin for making everything smooth, wonderful, and seamless!

From even before we got to the property the customer service was amazing. Kevin reached out to me over what’s app and organized a vehicle to pick us up from our hotel in Da Nang + when we got there he had a map printed, with a bunch of hand written recommendations. Great service. I want him too come be my customer service agent in Canada. Room was also nice, ac worked good. Pool was also very nice

Loved the front desk staff and security. Oh, and laundry services were nice. Safe area despite being a busy area. Close to old town. Market is close by, as well as food options. You can buy drinks on site which is very convenient.

The bathrooms are rough. It is noisy. Floors need to be mopped, not just swept. Pretty sure I heard rats fighting in the walls. I recommend some sort of shower caddy, I’m not sure. You won’t have anywhere to put your soap besides the floor when showering. And the floor is despicable. I was also awoken early on my day of check out by cleaning staff, they loudly turned over the room for guests to the point where I just checked out nearly 2 hours early.
