Old Town Hotel

Room was very nice, bath and shower could do with updating. Staff very helpful and friendly. They did book an excursion for us, once we did said excursion we realised they had massively overcharged us. We spoke to reception, who refunded most of the money back. So all good. Pool was nice and refreshing.

Locations as short walk from city centre

Good hotel, but staff let it down The hotel itself was good value for money. Our room was a good size, and overall the facilities were good. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the lack of communication from the staff. On check-in, we weren’t given any information about breakfast, where the pool was located, or even where to find our room. This was very disappointing and made the arrival experience unnecessarily confusing. We also received a WhatsApp message around four hours after checking in asking what time we would be arriving, which was quite surprising as we had already checked in. The hotel has a lot going for it, and with better communication and a more welcoming check-in experience, it could be a much better stay.

We had a lovely stay friendly helpful staff. Felt very safe and will book to stay again in the future

the dog tied up across the road barking all night No fault of the hotel

Location and friendly staff.

Rooms were dated and the bathroom needs to ne remodernised. It didnt look too clean and I didnt want to use it. I dont think i had a window in my room it felt like a prison.
