Really friendly staff who were so helpful. Kimmi, Spring, Lily and Helen gave really good advice on all things Hoi An. The room was clean and comfy and we were only a short walk from the old town.
The bath/shower takes some getting used too. However, this was more of a personal preference and a small detail in our stay.

I’ve been travelling all over thailand and Vietnam for the last 6 weeks. And I can comfortably say this was the BEST hotel I went to through all my travels, from the location, to the cleanliness, to the free coffee, to the amazing staff that helped me make the most perfect plan for my time in Hoi An, and assisted me in everything I needed and were super friendly, they even offered me a free room upgrade! Special special thanks to Helen, Kimmi, and Anna! They were all amazing and deserve the best.
If you want to stay in Hoi an, look no further.

Truly an amazing stay.
Beautiful interior and very clean rooms.
A special host to Spring, Kimmi, and Anna, who were so kind and dedicated to making our stay perfect.
I would definitely stay here again!
Late at night on the last day, the toilet wouldn't stop running after I used it, and the sound of water kept going.

This was our first stop in Hoi An and we couldn’t have been happier. Ever since we booked the place the staff was communicating with us regularly. What makes this place better than anything else in Hoi An is their staff. They are attentive, caring, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do, always greeting you with a big smile. They offered us a free walking tour of the old town which was one of the great highlights.
The rooms are very clean and good. The bathtub is one of the most practical bathtubs that I have experienced. They provide with you everything essential. One of the best things is the water bottle system - they have water bottles on every floor that you can pick up and replace your empty bottles with.
Highly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great comfortable stay.
