The location
The towels were dirty! The comunication with them is very poor! For a homestay they aren’t interested in finding a silution for their clients. I asked if we could take the breakfast at 7AM instead of 7:30 AM, ande they said: “No. It’s too early”. So although breakfast was included, I bought breakfast for my kids for the both mornings. Not a sorry, not even a coffe…

An absolutely wonderful stay at Garden Hoi An! We had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy Hoi An. Our room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. But what really made our stay special was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel at home and were always there whenever we needed anything. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. We genuinely loved staying here and would absolutely come back without hesitation! If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Hoi An, we highly recommend Garden Hoi An.

Everything! Good location, quiet, space, privacy, good breakfast, and we could bring our dogs who quickly made friends with the owners dog miu.
