Perfect location and on the quieter side of the river. Walk to everything in the main town or hire a bike across the road and ride to the beach. Loved the gardens and relaxing atmosphere. I had a River view so could sit and stare at the River all day.

The pool was too hot to swim in on a hot day as it felt like a warm bath. I tried to contact the property several times to let them know I was arriving late, however, I only received a response when a Vietnamese concierge called them. No transfer offered at all. All that said, I would still come back.

I environment was welcoming and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond. As a vegan my options were limited to bread and fruit for breakfast and it was difficult to trust ingredients in some foods but the staff were exceptional at assisting me.

Perhaps do a bit more research on vegan foods and place detailed ingredients lists for some products. I would really have appreciated non dairy milk choices being readily available and vegan friendly creative options for breakfast - even avocado on toast, or tofu "eggs"? Another consideration in hotter months is more coverage over the pool so the water does not get so warm.

The breakfast area was beautiful. A pleasant change from the 'mess' style of The Pearl Resort. The food quality and selection was second only to the Palm Gardens Resort (of the four resorts we stayed at). We liked the proximity of our unit to the pool and breakfast area. The pool was too warm but that was the same with all resorts. Other guests were friendly and put us onto a great guide and driver for Ba Na Hills. Make sure you pay an extra $15 AUD for a WOW pass to skip all the huge lines - well worth it. Only a short walk to Ancient Town, it feels like an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle.

Our bathroom area was very disappointing. The shower was over the bath which I never like. When the shower curtain got wet, the velcro holding it up fell apart bringing the curtain down. It was also a split shower curtain so water would always flood the floor. Some simple changes would improve this experience tremendously! There were also a whole lot of ants in the bath. Apparently there was a safe but not obvious to us. The notes said to take valuables such as passports to reception to look after. A bit confused about why this would be necessary if there was a safe.

Restaurant and pool areas were nice and well maintained

Rooms were basic especially the bathroom and one of our rooms had a terrible smell.
