First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

I had such a lovely stay at First Hoi Anese Center Hotel Cultural Experiential Hotel. What made it special wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people and all the experiences that came with it. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how warmly I was welcomed and how the team checked in on me throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I slept really well, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot and humid weather outside. Breakfast was very tasty, and the location was great, just a short walk from the Old Town, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A special mention to An and Julie, who were absolutely fantastic! They helped me organise so many things during my stay that I honestly lost count. From day trips to Ba Na Hills and the Marble Mountains to tickets for the Bamboo Circus show, taxis and my transfer to Da Nang Airport, they helped with everything. They were so accommodating, patient and kind, and made organising my activities incredibly easy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I also loved the cultural activities offered by the hotel. I arrived early and joined the free walking tour with Cindy, which was a lovely introduction to Hoi An and its history. I later attended the complimentary history talk with Ivy, who was so interesting and engaging. I learned a great deal about Vietnam’s 20th-century history, and it gave me a much deeper understanding of the country. These experiences were a real highlight of my stay. I also thought the hotel offered great value for money, especially considering the location, the comfortable room, the cultural activities and, above all, the level of service. Thank you to An, Julie, Cindy, Ivy and the entire team for making my time in Hoi An so enjoyable. Everyone contributed in their own way, and the warmth and care I received genuinely made my trip better.

Julie and Ann made us feel so welcome, they took really care of us, even checked on my wife every day when she got ill due to AC on the plane. Lovely people, very helpful and really kind. I can only recommend them ! The room was clean and perfect, near the best spots!

Julie, An and Gavy were exceptional from the start. From arranging our pick up from the airport to easy check in and guiding us around the city. They were such kind staff and honestly made our trip that much memorable. Hope to return again!

Ann and Julie were excellent at making us feel at home. Unfortunately I caught a stomach bug the day before arriving to Hoi An and was stuck in the hotel for the entire time there. Ann and Julie took exceptional care of me and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. For example they made me ginger tea and also went to get me chicken porridge multiple times and checked on me everyday. The pillows were very comfortable and the facilities were clean. I will definitely be coming back if I return to Hoi An.

An elevator would’ve been nice but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
